2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following details:

Upon receipt of a counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that legal action has been filed.

3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
